- Strengthening the muscles of legs & hands.
NOTE:- Don't exert excessive force which may cause undue strains onto the arms. People who suffer from serious spinal column alignments should avoid doing this pose.
Vrikshasana (Tree Pose)

Trikonasana (Triangle Pose)

NOTE:- If you are beginner, Don't exert excessive force which may cause undue strains
Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand)

- Enhances the supply of blood to the head region.
- Good for managing headache & migraine.
- Brings relief from constipation and indigestion.
- Strengthens the arms & shoulders and keeps the spine flexible.
NOTE:- Avoid this asana if you have shoulder injuries, neck pain, slip disc etc.
Halasana (Plow Pose)
ADVANTAGES:-
- Improves the flexibility of muscles.
- Activates digestion and helps with constipation.
- Streches the shoulder and spine.
- Helps in weight loss around the thighs, abdomen & hips.
NOTE:- Those suffering from back problems, weak survical muscles, migraines or neck injury should avoid this.
Dhanurasana (Bow Pose)

- Improves the conditions like indigestion & constipation.
- Expands the chest & increases the breathing capacity of lungs.
- Improves the function of liver, kidney & pancreas.
- Strengthens shoulder, arm and leg muscles.
- Improves the flexibility of spine.
NOTE:- Avoid this asana if people suffering from hernia, shoulder injuries, back pain etc.
